If you have forgotten your password and want a new set of passwords, please follow below mentioned options:
1) Place a Online request for resetting of passwords
Place a online request for generation of fresh set of password from the link “Online Request for Password Resetting” at the home page of Corporate Internet Banking (CIB). Passwords will
be sent at your registered email address on a secure URL. No administrative fee will be
charged for online generation of passwords. To know how to place online request for passwords click here
2) Place a request at Corporate care
Send an email request to email@example.com, mentioning your Corporate ID, User id and Account Number. The passwords would be couriered to your registered address.
If you have been provided with transaction access ,by default your login and transaction password would be in a disabled mode and on trying to login you will get a message as Login disabled. To get the same activated you have to send the signed acknowledgment form (which is sent with your passwords ) back to us and only then is your ID activated.
In case you have entered the wrong password 5 times for security reasons the ID is disabled. For enabling the same please fax a signed request on company letterhead to 022- 61374557 / 42514557 with the following details :
Date of attempted log in, Account Number,Corporate id, User Id.
Please note that the time between the date of attempted login and the date of sending the fax should not be more than 7 days.
User's signature is mandatory.
